Overview
Auto Chat & PDF Export ("the Extension") is a browser extension developed to automate
interactions with ChatGPT's web interface. We take your privacy seriously and have designed this
extension to operate with the highest standards of data security.
Data Collection
We do NOT collect any personal data.
The extension is built on a "local-first" principle. We do not have servers that store your data, and
we do not track your activity.
- ❌ No Personal Information: We do not ask for or collect your name, address, or
identity.
- ❌ No Browsing History: We do not track your activity across other websites.
- ❌ No No Conversational Data Stored Externally: Your prompts and ChatGPT responses
are never sent to our servers.
- ❌ No Cookies/Ads: We do not use any third-party tracking cookies or advertisements.
Data Storage
All data generated or used by the Extension is stored locally on your device using the
official Chrome Storage API:
- Prompt History: Stored locally so you can manage your work.
- Configuration: Your settings (delays, cleanup rules, etc.) are saved locally in
your browser.
- Exported Files: DOCX and PDF files are generated on-the-fly in your browser and
downloaded directly.
This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it yourself.
Payments & Licenses
Our Pro version uses LemonSqueezy, a secure third-party payment processor. When you make
a purchase:
- Your billing info is handled by LemonSqueezy's secure servers. We do not store your credit card
details.
- We only see your email and license status in order to activate Pro features.

Permissions Transparency
The Extension requires specific permissions to function correctly:
- storage: To save your local preferences and work sessions on your device.
- tabs: To detect active ChatGPT tabs for automation.
- Host Permissions: (chatgpt.com, chat.openai.com) To interact with ChatGPT on your
behalf.
- LemonSqueezy API: To securely validate your license key status.
Third-Party Services
The Extension interacts with ChatGPT (operated by OpenAI). Your use of ChatGPT is subject to [OpenAI's
Privacy Policy](https://openai.com/privacy/).
If you use the optional AI Cleanup feature, your text is processed by OpenAI or Google Gemini depending
on your choice in settings.
